Order and Shipping Confirmation
We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
For international orders (outside the US), please visit our Etsy shop.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
If you would like to cancel a subscription order, we kindly ask that the subscription be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reorder date.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping on all orders less than $35 (before taxes and shipping) is $4.95, and free for all orders of $35 or more (before taxes and shipping). Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) is $11.95. Orders placed weekdays before 11 am PT/2 pm ET will ship same day. Orders placed after 11 am PT/2 pm ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that every product is crafted in small batches daily for maximum quality and freshness. We highly encourage you to ask questions about our products before you purchase to ensure the best fit.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] so we can make it right.
If your order is lost, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your order date. Please include in your message the order number and the items you received. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered and this information was not provided, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Our Products
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Purapolis is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you have purchased multiple products, we recommend introducing each one gradually and one at a time into your skincare routine. If you experience any reaction, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again.
We understand that each person has a unique preference for scents and textures. However, as a small handcrafted business, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
Our products are made without preservatives or additives. To maintain product integrity, store them in a cool, dry place.
